The control that the thermostats go to if so equipped might be your problem.

    Thanks.
I may have not been to clear on my Question.

I have 3 baseboard heater on one T stat. They are run on two 30 amp breakers. The wire at the heaters is a large gage wire. The wire at the T stat is a small gage wire. I have nerver seen this before. I am not even sure where to start. I have change out the T stast 3 times. I also unhooked the wires at the T stat. the heater still come on and heat up with out the T stat hooked up. This has totally got me confused.
    Any Help would be great.

I'm guessing that you have two very small wires on the thermostat. That thermostat is connected to a heating controller like the one I left you a pic for. You need to trace the wiring. Especially from the T'stat. All the wiring will end up at the controller.

Here's one for you. On another help site... the person mentioned he was going to re-sheetrock the wall with the controller in it??

    Hopefully not the case here.

Thanks PJmax. I am hopping that mine is in one of the heater? As I have no access to the ceiling are. There is a unit above.
