I am having lower belly pain that shoots down to my thigh I have went to the doctors and they sure don't know

Nobody online can diagnose you. It could be anything from an ovarian cyst to ectopic pregnancy to a pinched nerve in your back to appendicitis to gallstones to kidney stones to a pulled muscle - to nothing but a physical reaction to stress. Who knows. You need to go back to a different doctor and at least have them eliminate the major things. If they don't find anything abdominal I would recommend a chiropractor.

If your doctors can't diagnose, then we surely have no chance at all. Your doctor has access to the most important thing when reaching a diagnosis, and that's you, and everything inside of you (blood, x-rays, MRI's etc). We don't.

If you feel there's something wrong and the doctor you saw didn't give you a satisfactory answer, then seek a second opinion.
