Hey, well I was wondering I had my last period on oct 19 and it's a 32 day cycle if I conceived it would be about nov.5,6 now I didn't get my period when it was expected I was 3 days late on the 19 of nov I got my period in the morning (or what seemed) had horrible cramps from the right side and it only lasted like half the day and it went away could it be implantation bleeding ? Cramping? Please help

Implantation bleeding hasn't been proven, there are many different thoughts on it. Having said that, bleeding during pregnancy is possible, and does happen. Having an off month happens too.

In other words, there's no way for any of us to know what you're experiencing.

If you think you could be pregnant then take a pregnancy test using first morning urine. If it's negative then wait until your next period is due. If you miss it then test again or go for a blood test.
