My boyfriend ran on parole past his discharge date he has no new charges he has never been to prison he got on parole through tyc but he is on adult parole what's going to happen?

What state or country? And what was the crime? To start with most places he can kiss probation bye-bye... and get whatever sentence he would have gotten in lieu of Probation... and there always is one...

If he ran AFTER he was off parole, then he violated NOTHING.. IF the state thinks he did, then he needs a good lawyer to argue his case.
