Is child support & alimony based on one job or all jobs held by spouse.
In determining child support and alimony is only one job held by the spouse considered or all jobs. Example: He is working one full time job and one "part time" job. His back is very bad and he has been told to quit his part time job. Will his child support and alimony be based on both earnings or his primary job? What if he is not physically able to hold down two jobs?
