Well.. me and my boyfriend got into a car accident and that why they think he puts me in danger. Isn't there any way that I could do something about this? Please help me! I need ideas! Thanks.

Was he drinking while he was driving, excess speed, reckless driving, something he did seroiusly wrong to cause the accident.

And I though there was a restraining order to keep him away ? ( other question)
