My friend asked me if her relationship with her boyfriend was okay but because I am not to sure about the laws here in New Mexico I need some help. She is 16 and he is 25 as far as I know they haven't had sexual intercourse but some people say it is still illegal for them to date. Is that true? I haven't heard about dating a minor being illegal but I don't want to give her false information. Can someone help asap please(:
