This is a stacked washer and dryer center.the washer will not agitate. It goes through the cycles fine but it just don't agitate. I removet the agitater its OK the metal splined end on the shaft is OK also where it slides into the agitater is good.
I removed the nut and stud and the shaft splined section won't come off. It moves about 1/2 inch that's it. If I push down on the agitater when its running I can feel that something is stripped out How do I get to it?
