I have had diahreah for the last month. Everything seemed to go right thought me. Then I started to have the hand tremors and my vision always seemed to be shaky and Someties hard to focus. In the last week I've been vomiting as well as having diahreah Either way I'm unable to hold any thing in my body now. And I'm having some. Stabing pains and some time severe cramps.
