Help! I installed a new Delta 1700 series cartridge in my leaking delta shower. I can't see that I failed to follow any of the instructions, but now I get NO water to the shower head at all. I have turned the main water supply back on, but can't understand what could be the problem. Any suggestions?

Yes, remove the shower head and clean the screen.. should resolve the issue!

Run the water without the shower head in place.. should have full water flow. If you lack shower flow without the head in place then the issue is with the diverter or the shower valve itself!

If you have removed the shower head and still get no water then turn the water off and pull the cartridge, Check and clean the inlet ports on the cartridge. Now turn the water back on to flush out the supplies. Reassemble and test. Are you getting water now? Good luck, Tom
