Hi I am 40 weeks pregnant and was due yesterday 11/15/12. This is my first child and I think my bp is high... I checked it this morning and it was 139/89 and I feel lite headed, nausea, and my feet are a little swollen. Can I have preclampsia? I just moved to a different state and I don't have a doctor and no insurance what should I do?

Go to the hospital if you're concerned. There's really no way for anyone online to diagnose what's going on. That can only be done by seeing a doctor.
