I recently found out the results from a dna test stating I am the father of my ex girlfriends child... dna was done due to the fact the mother got into a fight with the grandmother of the baby she threw the baby on the bed to hi the grandmother and was sent to jail with her rights taken away and granted supervised visitation... this girl has a history of domestic violence and can not stay put in one home for more than 3 months she also jumps from guy to guy... court wants to wait 90 days before they decide where the baby is going to be placed I am trying to find a lawyer now... any thoughts on how I can win custody of my son so he is raised in a stable environment and is taken care of and dressed properly for the weather

Get a lawyer.. and make sure they are aware of her history and what the child was subjected to, ALL of it... that all is going to work in your favor... but its not a slam dunk.

It looks good with the current history. Will look better if you have an attorney.
