I do not know if you are pregnant or not. An Ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy in the fallopian tubes) can cause pain as well as rupturing. A home pregnancy test would come out negative. Of course, there could be a number of other issues going on. Ovarian cysts do cause a lot of pain. You should call your doctor immediately.
