Pain in right testical when I masturbate

How often do you masturbate ? Do you do it hard ?

But if pain is happening there, without a reason, it is most certainly time for a medical check up

Well I've always masturbated nearly everyday sometimes every 2 days, and just last week the night I was masturbating my right testical was hurting like a tight clenching pain so I had to stop because of it, I looked it up on the net and maybe I could have blue balls or its an infection somewhere around my testicals, I tried it again a few days later and it still hurts? I don't know what to do? Ive taken some antibiotics but it hasn't helped? Does anyone know what should I do pleasee I'm really worried?:/

Excessive self pleasure, as is the case here, can have potentially serious consequences.
