I wish to change the engine oil & would like to know where the oil filter is located on the 5 ltr V8 SL 500 1995. Thks

It's a cartridge filter, underneath you will see an aluminum cylinder with a hex bolt, drain then remove. Very careful with this vehicle as its all aluminium and you can strip very easily. Takes over 8 litres of oil too, please be careful with that car!
