    Visa expiring
    I entered USA on Sept 17th 2012,I am on B1/B2 Multiple from Uganda.

    I-94 is up to 16th Mar 2013, what can I do in order to change status and get employed.

    Employment visa takes up to a year to process, and it's getting more difficult with current economic. Do not overstay or you will not be eligible for any type of visas.
