My 94 Honda Civic 1.5 just blew a head gasket. Had the head resurfaced and installed a new gasket. I thought I had it timed right but the engine is noisy like a loud tapping. Help.

Machine shops will often remove the camshaft and replace valve guides and valve seals. You should properly torque all bolts and adjust the valves.
