I purchased a sectional that cost me $1,800 on 12/11, recently the furniture has an issue the seems at arm rest and sunk, I requested repair from Kanes and they send there tech out check it and then Kanes call me back and stated that they will not repair or replace it, reason is that issue is to USE, I stated that is not the case, it's a manufacturer defect, furniture should not give that quickly, Kanes makes promises that they have a lifetime guarantee and they refuse to honor it.

What can I do legally to get them to honor there lifetime guarantee on there furniture, I read on forums that this company does this a lot.

I would appreciate the help.
