On fitting a new light rose, and putting the wires as they where in the old fitting, I now have the light flickering even with the switch in the off position, this never happened with the old fitting, (old fitting dis-coloured), the switches are two way, i.e. one at each end of the room.:confused:

Now all you did was replace the light? Check to be sure you connected to the original wires in the box, and also check if there were other splices in the box perhaps you disturbed. If you disconnect on light with two wires and put a new light with two wires back, this problem just does not make sense.

I know I have not offered much help, but not sure what else could cause the flickering.
