Probably not. Property lines were, sometimes, many generations ago, so it's theoretically possible.
But the property line doesn't somehow move when you pull up stumps which are supposedly on the line. Are you asking this with the idea of leaving the uprooted stumps where they lay, as some sort of a fence? Then get them to your side of the line.
