    Water leak outside warm water coming from hose
    Water leak coming from outside near foundation. Turned off main water line This morning opened main water line to fill containers for water and water is warm? It is 40degrees outside.

    Could leak be coming from water heater ?

    It could be the water heater T&P valve, check the water pressure and the temperature setting at your water heater,(High water pressure and High water heater temperature will open the T&P Valve) Thanks.
