A lot of the time Eating disorders are marked with abnormal eating patterns, diet and stress. Make sure you begin to eat more regimently (often) throughout the day. Eat 5 maybe 6 times a day, small portions of healthy food, vegetables, fruits, and stay away from starchy fats, and salts. Most of all, tell your mom or dad that you are taking a more balanced approached to your diet instead of hidding this problem. Hidding a problem can make things worse, and increase stress levels until you have an emotional breakdown. Stay around people you love and care for and don't involve yourself with people who make your anctious or nervous. Consult a physician if things become worse, and don't be afraid to tell someone.
