I want a new SIM card which have a 3G network for fastest internet, cheap call rates even in roaming and better 'Value Added Service' packages. Can anyone tell me, which is the best network service provider company for me to get new SIM card?

I much perfer China Mobile to China Unicom, but then I am in China. I am sure someone in England will prefer another plan.

So where are you at ? In the US, normally phones are not open, so changing sim and companies require new phones also.
