I came off the pill four months ago and the last four months I got a regular cycle. I am now ten days late. My nipples are sore which I never get during or near my period. I am going to the toilet a lot more. I also get sharp pains in my stomach sometimes if I stand up too fast. I never slept at all last night kept waking up sweating, and feel very sick this morning but not been sick. I'm going to wait to take a test until I am two weeks late. But I am getting worried! Any help?

Why are you getting worried, You stopped birth control, continued to have sex, thus, pregnancy was the expected outcome ?

Yes it is the signs, but other things can cause the signs, and some women are late sometimes and others once in a while just miss a period.
