    How long in jail?
    Is there any way to find out how long someone will be in jail, if they have a 10000.00 bond? If you don't pay for there bond.

    Until they go to trial... and win... otherwise they start their sentence at that time for whatever they are given when they lose.

    Sometimes weeks.. sometimes it might be several years... (look at OJ Simpsons last arrest for example)

    Do they have a lawyer yet? I'd recommend contacting them if they do... they will be able to give you a much better idea on an approximate timeline based on the case and the courts caseload.
