Plot - girl gets apartment - it has beautiful courtyard where everyone meets by the fountain. Turns out someone is trying to buy it all so they can knock it down and she launches campaign to save it. She discovers it by a very famous female architect and she gets an architect from the company trying to year it down on side
Also references to her joking about being a spinster with 3 cats after an elderly neighbour passes away.
