    Commercial cleaning contracts
I run a small office cleaning company in southern California,
Today my partner and I went around to offices in our area to find more contracts.
We felt that maybe we were putting off the "soliciting" vibe when we went into the
    Offices.
Kind of a negative response from our visits.

I've noticed that a lot of the bigger buildings with individual offices inside are run by
Property management companies, And they have one single cleaning company
That takes care of there buildings. From what I was told today.

Would it be a good idea to contact the property management companies themselves about hiring our services and possibly getting multiple offices in the
    Process?

    Thanks
    Justin

Most multi-tenant office buildings do hire their own cleaning people.. not the tenants themselves so yes... talk to the management companies... keep in mind they are unlikely to change if they are happy with the job being done now... AND the rate they are paying both. But you can get your foot in the door in case they aren't.

I agree most mid sized and larger buildings of this nature are managed by property management companies and they are difficult to get business from.

Most have a manager on site and most will be polite but you have to be an 'approved' bidder. You best bet is to find the main office and get them to approve you as a bidder.

Consider that many of the local managers mayhave the right to change companies even if they are not on the approved list however if is their a** if it goes wrong so many won't chance it, get approved.

By the way the reaction that you received is probably because they are inundated daily by cleaning companies wanting business, we have a lot of competitors Squeaky.
