You had sex so yes its possible... worse you had unprotected sex so it's a lot more possible that you are...

I also suggest taking a class in human reproduction because you would know he doesn't have to release inside you to make you pregnant.

And you would know you can get pregnant at anytime of the month INCLUDING your period... there are no "safe" days. Only more or less likely days.
