I been here for 3 years its my BFs parents house but when I first moved in 3 years ago I would hear foot steps crying door being opened the 2 nod year I heard front door open an someone walking in the kitchen and setting a cup down! At first I said to myself it's just me being paranoid but this 3rd year felt a gentle pull of my hair and I heard someone come in the front door with heavy footsteps thinking it was my boyfriend I yelled I know your there I went out to look no one was home! What's going on?

What's going is that the house you are living in may (or may not) have spirits residing there.

Does anyone else in the home share these experiences?

Most earth bound spirits are here because they do not know that they are dead. The first thing you can try is telling the spirit that they are no longer a live and that they have to go into the life to see there family and friends that are waiting for them.
As crazy as it sounds I did this once at my son's first apartment. He never heard them again.
