Hi I really need help please. Yes I know I made a terrible mistake and I won't ever forgive myself for the rest of my life.

Could I be pregnant if I was I would be four weeks in
I have been experiencing headaches, stomach gurgling, nausea for the first time right now and slight occasional abdominal pain.
Could all of these symptoms be caused from chronic stress as I have been very very very stressed the past few weeks.
Please I just need to know do you think I am pregnant?
I will take a test as soon as I am able to but I want to know opinions? Please

These symptoms could be from stress, flu, gastric upset, hunger, or premenstruation as well as pregnancy.

The first symptom of pregnancy is a missed period. Have you missed your period yet?

Well I took the morning after will three days after, and a week later my period came it was normal flow for one day then turned brown it wasn't light but was brown in colour not red. What does this mean?

Most likely that was a side effect of the morning after pill.

When is your next period due?

My last normal period before all of this occurred on the 19th of October so it would normally have been due in around 4 - 5 days but the morning after pill caused me to have my period on the 8th of November. So I'm not sure :(

You should wait until around the first week of December. If you don't have your period by then you should test using first morning urine.

In all honesty I can't tell you whether it's stress. I hope for your sake it is, but seeing that I can't take a sample of your bodily fluids, i.e. urine or blood, and I cannot examine you, I cannot make a statement either way.
