I stopped using Meth three days ago I wasn't a heavy user at all and I am no craving it at all but I am sick diarrhea real bad and severe depression I can't get out of bed also no appetite what's going on I don't feel I have a reason to live if I'm not craving the drug.what is going on with my body. I did use for.threes years but not heavy use.

You are going through withdrawals. This can take a couple of days. Just stay strong and stick with it. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids while going through this.
