Child taken out of state, MILITARY
Myself and my soon to be exwife are going through court battles and vistation is not yet set but she is in the military and ever so convieneitly has gotten orders and will be leaving the state with my child. Do I have any right to stop this from happening? How?

There are legal avenues you may be able to take, but often they are lengthy and unclear when no order has been established. Your best bet is to talk about it with your attorney and maybe get an emergency temporary order forbidding her to take the child out of state until a final order can be executed.
