I've had a medium sore on the top of my gum for the last year, I haven't been to the dentist yet but I'm really worried, It doesn't hurt and you can burst it and it bleeds, but comes back in a few hours or days, can anyone help? I've just felt it there and its kind of like a small lump with a flap of skin? Has it ever happened to anyone?
