How to dissolve a writ of garnishment in Texas
I just received a certified letter stating that I have a Writ of Garnishment placed against my bank account (one in which I do not have and have not had in years). What do I need to do in order to dissolve/dismiss this? I have no idea who this is that's suing me all it says is an attorney's office. What steps do I need to take?

No, there were no answers. Step number one is to find out who has the judgment - contact the bank and ask for a copy of the paperwork. The notice which was sent to "you" prior to the account being frozen should clearly state the name of the creditor AND the purpose and amount of the lien.
