I normally have a period last 4 to 5 days but this one started a week early and its going on 9 days straight and is not lightening up.. Last night while in the shower I was thinking about what could be wrong and ask of a sudden I got real dizzy like I was fixing to pass out so I sat down then my hands started tingling and started tensing up where I couldn't control the muscles they looked like the hands of someone who was having a seizure I could bend my fingers but couldn't stop them from tensing up it didn't hurt just tingled and I was terrified please tell me what could cause that

I would go to the hospital or go to your Dr ASAP sweetie, I know that if your are iron deficient it could lead to anemia or you COULD lose too much blood. We as women don't think about that but it's very possible to bleed out. If you are dizzy and having these other crazy symptoms maybe your body is trying to tell you something is a bit off and that it needs your help you know what I mean? That's what I have been thinking I should do is go to the doctor but financially I'm unable to go at the moment.. I haven't had anymore of the problem in my hands since that one time but my period is still not slowing down.. Also my tubes are tied and have been for two almost 3 years now invade that's needed info for anyone wanting to answer this
