I got up from my chair after sitting for a little while and walked to the kitchen and opened a cabinet. After that everything went black I felt really numb and my left arm was shaking as I held the cabinet then after 5-6 seconds everything was fine. But, I do not recall walking to the kitchen and all day I have felt kind of light headed and my palms are kind of sweaty.

And you haven't called your doctor yet why? Because these are some of the symptoms of a small stroke.

I just got back. They ran tests and EKG, urine, blood, everything came back normal and healthy. Blood sugar was a little low but nothing to worry about. I have to wait a few days for the blood results to come back.

Sounds like something that is called orthostatic hypotension. Basically it means that your blood pressure bottomed out when you stood up.
