    How to bring 30amp 208v to 15amp 110V
I have a pulsed UV equipment. It is designed to work at 208 single phase 30 amp. Is there a way to bring it to 15 amp 110V to make it work off regular power drop.

No, won't work. The device is designed to draw from a source that can provide up to 208 volt x 30 amp = 6240 watts, but the 15 amp 110 volt line can only deliver 110 x 15 = 1650 watts max.

Another issue to be considered is the "Listing and Labeling"...
In the manufacturers installation instructions will be any options you may
Have for installation and power supply connections. If it is not permitted by
The manufacturer of this specific equipment it "legally" cannot be done.
