I am not sure what's going on , I think I may have acidity or gas related symptoms but at the same time I get really paronoid as I think these symptoms could relate to pregnancy . I have not missed my period - I got it as per date , however I keep feeling naseous and I belch a lot . I did go to the doctor and she told me its gas - I was prescribed gasec 20mg , its been over a week and I feel the same . It has been over 3-4 weeks that I have been feeling like this over all .

My last period was on the 31st of Oct
