My wife says I am the father to another women's child,I am willing to take a DNA test but she says she's not interested as she knows the child is mine.how can I prove otherwise.

What is your wife stupid or something. A DNA test would prove it isn't yours. Have it done anyway.

This is much deeper then proving the child is yours or not. It sounds like your relationship is over. You might start lawyer shopping as this one is no longer your partner and is looking for ways to become your enemy. You really need to examine and think your situation through.

Yes, I read between the lines as well, but I would have the test done on general principle.

I would too. Just so if things go to court it can be shown that there was one at a minimum and should the need arise it has already been done. The only problem is the other party would have to agree to the testing as this man has never been proclaimed the father of the child nor has a paternity suit been filed. Right now he has no legal ground to get a test done.

There goes that legal black hole again where a person is stuck between 2 places.
