    My passport has expired 5yrs ago,
    Can I apply for fresh passport or do I need to rewal.
    Please help.

    What country is the passport from ? What country are you now living in?

    Most passports are now e-passports which mean there is no renewal. You have to go in person. They collect fingerprint, etc. Contact the embassy/consulate.
