Hello, I had sex the 29th of September. I ended up getting my period normally the month after that on the 25. It was a regular period in that it was a lot of blood & lasted some time (same as always). I took a pregnancy test yesterday, & it was negative. I highly doubt I could be pregnant, but I've heard it has happened. What do you think?

What made you decide to take a pregnancy test? Is there something that you didn't post here that would make you think that you're pregnant? You said you got your normal period last month... I'm a little confused.

My paranoia drove me to take several pregnancy tests. No, it's as simple as that. I just wanted to know if you can be pregnant & get your period.

I have to say you're worried about nothing.

I've even taken pregnancy tests almost 2 months after the act, & they come out negative. Okay, thanks.

Sounds like there are 2 problems here...

1) Seems like you are wasting money on pregnancy tests

2) Perhaps, if you get this paranoid and worked up, you are not ready for sex.

A woman's period stops when she's pregnant. There are women that have bleeding during pregnancy that they mistake for a period, but no, you won't get a period when you're pregnant.

If you had a regular period and multiple negative pregnancy tests, than no, you're not pregnant. You are definitely not ready for sex if you're this paranoid about pregnancy.
