Possible pregnancy concern bright red bleeding
Hi, my partner and I have tried over the last month to conceive. During the last two days I experienced symptoms which match early pregnancy symptoms, light cramp like feelings in the uterus, dizziness and nausea, being tired all the time, being moody and having to go to the toilet frequently. By yesterday I was two days overdue for my period and made the assumption I might be pregnant. This morning I woke up in a small puddle of blood. It looked like there was fresh red blood mixed with some older brown blood (small amount) and I am experience now a light flow of bright red blood. I have no Idea what this means and are concerned. Am I simply not pregnant or have I conceived and my uterus is rejecting the egg? This is all not feeling normal and since it is my first time trying to conceive I am at a loss here, anyone have any suggestions?

Most likely just not pregnant, see if the remainder of period is normal.

Most couples will take months, some take 12 or more to become pregnant when they start trying. While possible from the first time or try. The issue with "signs" is that they are also signs for dozens of other things

Thanks. The reason why Im so concerned is I never had any such symptoms before and also never get my period in the morning always in the afternoon. Its just so out of the ordinary. But I guess I just have to face the sad fact it didn't happen this time around.
