I had an pregnancy termination on Oct 12,2012.And I had unprotected sex on Nov 4&8th... since then I started haviin.. symptoms my breasts are sore,fatigue,tired,bloated,lower back pain,cramps.can I be pregnant again..?.

You had sex, that is what causes pregnancy, so of course you can.

I've been on the depo shot...

You can be... I know someone that did basically the same thing... but she kept the second baby and is so happy.
But if you or anyone goes through something like that why would you have unprotected sex again?
