My parents bought 5 acres of land in Mississippi in 1665 that had a house on it. In 1974 the put a double wide trailer on it. My mom gave my brother the deed to the land but not to the trailer. Does the trailer go with the property or can it be moved?

Are you saying the house isn't on the deed either? This is missing some information. What exactly does the deed say?
