I am trying to find any information available for laws in California regarding rights as a mother that has been convicted and sentenced to 2 years in state prison for L/L with minor under the age of 15/14 and L/L with special circumstances with minor under the age of 15/14. From reading Ca penal since her victim falls into this catergory it is a little harsher for her. My parents are currently trying to gether to sign temp custody of her two boys over to them so they can provide medical treatment etc. What are her rights when she gets parolled?
