Discharge signing to get off parole.
I will be signing my discharge papers tomorrow on 11/13/2012. They will be having me sign my discharge papers to release me from extended supervision and taking my discharge picture. My question is my actual release date is 11/27/2012 from parole. So if I sign my discharge papers on the 13th and do not have to go back to the office as my agent has said after signing these, am I still on parole until 11/27/2012? Any help please respond. You can email me at (removed for privacy) thanks!!

    Hello H:

We don't do email.. But, if the papers say the 27th, then it's the 27th.

Look. In reality, I have NO idea when the date is. But, look at it this way.. IF you get arrested BEFORE the 27th, they absolutely WILL say that you were still on parole. If you don't, then it's moot.

Thank you for your reply, I really appreciate it, now the question is does this mean at midnite on the 26th of November which technically would be the 27th, am I off at midnite or at midnite on the 27th of November, lol. I appreciate whatever you may know.
    Thanks,
    Heather
