Sorry but I cannot see a question in your post.
I may sue Coca-Cola because its color but it does not mean that I will prevail.

I figured the question in my subject line was enough. Is it not?

Her question is "what are the odds that my ex husband will get custody?"

We can't begin to guess without knowing what your ex is claiming and what his claims are based on - as in, true or not, what is he going to tell the court? What will he use to back up his claims?

For starters he states that I leave her alone in my home and that she has to feed herself ( completely false and proof of it) . The she is belittled by me, my fiancé, and her older siblings ( again false, my fiancé and I do not but I can imagine both her and my older daughter bickering as siblings do). That's it.. that's all he;s got. But my worry id that my 11 year old wants to live with him because it is fun there.

He had nothing to back up any of it... other than my daughter wants to live with him because it is fun there .

If your daughter wants to live there "cus its fun there" , she'll soon discover it's a different story when she's there full time. My 7 year has learned that the hard way. Also at 11 there's no law stating she csnt stay by herself. Honestly he doesn't have an argument . Relax n don't stress too much. Easier said than done i.know

Thank you so much... I am a 1st timer at this. I have been so stressed out I needed to discuss and get opinions from somewhere. I have said those exact words to her but I do not want her to have to go through that. I am trying to not lose her.
