I changed the fuel pump and before I bolted the tank back up I tried to start it up . Would not start. Disconnected the fuel filter and I have no gas coming through the line why?? Please help me!!

Why did you change the fuel pump? If the pump was bad, it may have shorted the vehicle side of the harness (blown fuse or melted wiring somewhere).
Check that you have the correct power and ground at the pump. A close visual inspection of the connectors could reveal corrosion or bent terminals.
