Hi I have this huge bump on my inner thigh and it mysteriously appeared on morning , at first it sort of looked like a pimple but now it's a huge red irritated bump that's also swollen and stings all the time. I have feeling it's a bug bite but I'm not sure

More likely it's a Boil that hasn't formed a whitehead yet.
