My 8 month old cat has a lump on her left ribcage which is about the size of a marble and it did not seem to be there a few days ago. It is firm but not, she doesn't mind me touching it briefly but not a good feel. She was neutered/spayed almost 3 weeks ago. She seems to have lost her appetite and will not eat, not even tuna anymore. Before she has been throwing up liquid but more of a gag and drops come out. Also has her nose all crusty from not which I clean everyday. Help me out!

She needs to go to the vet. Something is definitely wrong.

Before you take her in, cuddle with her and explain in a calm, patient voice that she has to go to the kitty doc-doc so you can find out what is going on and why she isn't eating. Be sure you tell her how much you love her and want her to be healthy.
